Jill and I walked last Wednesday and again on Monday. Jill wore her pedometer on Monday and we walked just over 4 miles in 90 minutes. Not bad! We are planning on doing it again tonight so I am hopeful it won't rain. Not only is it great for helping lose weight for my March 5th goal, but it is also getting me ready for the 5K I am doing at the end of March. Weigh in is tomorrow so hopefully I will be down another pound!
Yay for you! That's really great. I'm down in my weight - 5.3 pounds, but I haven't started excercising yet. Where do you guys walk? I know if I want to continue my weight loss, I'll have to start moving.
