Kristine, Jill and I walked 4 miles in 90 minutes last night and none of us had any weight loss today. Bummer. We are all assuming it is water retention from the workout. It is frustrating to not have the weight loss but as long as we see a change next week it will be worth it. We are hoping to start walking on a regular basis and maybe I can even move up to jogging (not my favorite thing to do, but I have to get in shape for my kids and set a good example.)
