I'm back on track!
Okay, I made it through Christmas and have successfully dodged the cold my family has and now it is time to get serious. So I made a goal for myself to lose 10 lbs by March 5th (what am I, crazy?) and of course I had gained weight for my first weigh in. I am now fighting to lose that weight before Thursday (my next weigh in). I did my kettlebell workout this afternoon and man do I feel it in my legs! Yes! I love when I can feel what I have done, so I know I should see results. We dug out the bowflex over the weekend and I am going to attempt to use that along with my kettlebell. I am trying to get Scott on board so we can motivate each other. The biggest hurdle will be food. I am craving sweets!!! I am planning on working out again Wednesday and hopefully I will burn off enough calories and fat to have a great weigh in!

I hope you are doing better than me!! I am having issues with being STARVING at 3:00, and then I go for foods that are no good. I'd love to try a kettleball one of these days. At least I got up and went to the gym today - let's hope we can keep each other motivated :-)
