In the past I have lost the most weight in the beginning months of the year so I will use that to help motivate me. My first goal of the year will be to lose 10 pounds by March 5th. I didn't make my December goal so I will need to push harder to make this goal. With all of the delicious holiday foods behind me (bye bye truffles, pies, cookies, etc.) I should be able to focus better on what goes in my mouth.
