My back is still bothering me so I haven't done any more exercise this week (regrettably) and haven't been great about watching everything I eat. (I have splurged a little almost daily) I have noticed that without my daily dose of diet coke, I am more sensitive to caffeine. I treated myself to an iced vanilla mocha yesterday with my usual 2 shots and wow did I get jittery! It also seemed too sweet. I guess my body is getting used to cutting back on sweets.
Anyway...today was weigh in and I was down 4 pounds from last week!
