Well it was a good weekend. Friday was Halloween and I didn't do too badly. I made mostly good food choices with a few pieces of candy. I did notice while taking the kids trick-or-treating that my jeans were feeling quite saggy in the butt and thighs. They usually tend to be tight when I put them on and stretch out throughout the day however this was not the case. Yay!
The rest of the weekend was fine although Sunday afternoon I started feeling like I could be getting sick, and then I woke up this morning with a slight head cold. I will be doing my circuit workout today so hopefully that will boost some more fat loss (along with my healthier eating!)
