I got on the scale this morning and was down 2 more pounds. I am planning on walking this morning after I drop the kids at school. It is currently 37 degrees out so hopefully it will warm up considerably in the next 1-1/2 hours. I also plan on doing my circuit workout so hopefully my lower back will feel better after my walk. I just saw the chiropractor on Friday so I am bummed it is bothering me.

I waited until 10 this morning to go for a walk and walked for a little over 30 minutes. I usually don't walk with my ipod but I was surprised at how much faster I walked while listening to music. It helps to have a fast paced song to keep up with. :-)
OMG - I thought I just posted a comment, and then I had to go through and create an account, so either this is comment number two, or my first comment, and I could have left out all this stuff about logging in and logging out....ANYwho...I just wanted to say I agree with working out to music really makes you move and groove a lot faster. I burned a couple CD's for Kristine, so I'd be happy to make a couple "mix tapes" for my BFF Kimmy too!! Has some great fast songs to get your moving and groovin'
