No progress for me. I haven't been in the "zone" to try to lose weight lately. I had done okay for awhile and liked how my clothes were fitting and then got a little cocky when my regular snacking hadn't added any weight gain. Well I finally started gaining weight so now I need to get back on track. Unfortunately after digging out my mom's front garden (6 hours worth) I ended up with severe tendonitis and was unable to use my right arm much. It is much better this week and I hope it will continue to improve so I can start up my kettlebell workouts and try to do some interval training. I would love to lose 10 pounds by summer so I will have to work hard.
