Weight loss...sigh

Sadly, after getting married Scott and I slowly settled into a sedentary lifestyle. He used to love to work out but with a crazy work schedule his trips to the gym slowly stopped. I had a great workout partner at one time but things happen and we stopped working out and went our separate ways. In 2003 I had my first child - beautiful Jenna and gained about 65-70 pounds during the pregnancy. Unfortunately I did not lose as much weight as I had hoped and was an exhausted new mother. I did manage to lose about thirty pounds but hung onto the same weight until my next pregnancy (sweet Jake) where I gained about 45 pounds. I lost all the weight from my pregnancy and got back to my starting weight (for that pregnancy). It is now 3 years later and I still need to lose 50-60 pounds. My hope is that by blogging I will be able to lose my weight by having this "journal" and maybe inspire some others along the way.
