August...
Well we are nearing the end of August and edging nearer to the start of school. Sadly I set myself a goal of losing 10 lbs by the 21st but I never wrote down my starting weight (or date.) I have not lost 10 pounds but I did drop about 3 (that I kept off) from being sick. I don't know where the time went. I guess being sick for almost all of July threw me way off. Hopefully once school starts, I can get myself into a routine of dropping the kids off at school and then walking for an hour or so at least several times per week. If I can do that, I will feel so much better about having lost a month of summer that I was hoping to be more active.

I so know what you mean. I'm back on the diet wagon again. In fact, after reading your post, I went and made an entry in my blog, too.
ReplyDeleteBut think of it not so much as losing a month but as gaining a bit of motivation for next month.
