Okay so after maintaining my weight for two weeks in a row, I was up a pound today. With my sister and her family in town from Florida, I really wasn't motivated to spend time away from them doing exercise and I didn't go out of my way to watch what I ate. I didn't go hog wild or anything but when you are eating meals made by other people (thanks mom!) you just can't start complaining too much if they aren't cooking super healthy meals. I had only 2 pounds to lose by Christmas but now have 3 pounds to lose to meet my Christmas goal. I won't kill myself over this but I will work harder to get there.
That's actually pretty good. I'm up so much that I'm avoiding the scale until after the holidays. Plus I've been sick, so I just don't care right now. I'm going to get back on the program after the holidays. It sounds like you're doing a good job, though; this is the hardest month to get through. Keep it up! (and if you don't - I'll be there rooting you on in January - ha ha.)
