My family went to the park and while Scott played with the kids on the toys, I went for a 30 minute walk around the park. After my walk I did some push ups, tried a few dips, and then did some lunge-walks around the toys. I got Scott to do some too so we can be in pain together. :-) After lunch we headed back outside and I raked leaves (he used the leaf blower) and then we took turns mowing the lawn. The yard looks great and I am looking forward to the pain of a good workout!
