Monday workout

Okay, I took advantage of the weather today and after dropping the kids off at school headed to my local park and walked.  I walked for about 35 minutes and then headed home to do my circuit workout.  I did my usual 5 minute circuit:
1 minute Kettlebell swings
1 minute pushups
1 minute Kettlebell swings
1 minute pushups
1 minute Kettlebell swings
I decided I needed to do more so I stepped up onto/off of a tall stool for one minute and then did 10 lunges per leg.  I can barely walk now.  I am trembling like crazy and don't know how the rest of my day will go.  Thank goodness I just have to pick up the kids and that is it.  I will have to do tons of stretching or my hamstrings will kill me - my ongoing problem.  Hopefully with this nice workout and another one before weigh in on Thursday I will drop another pound or two!
